Six chatos/mousse au chocolat favourite thing #6

Initially I had the intention of posting a photo of the lovely effect on the surface of several glasses of home made chocolate mousse. Preparation of several pizzas however got in the way of that, as we had guests round for lunch and the best I can do is the empty glasses. I have never attempted chocolate mousse, but it is one of Madame's star turns. The pizzas on the other hand involved aubergine and garlic, multiple cheeses and olives. Oh I could retire and cook and cook all day long.

It was an interesting day, making pizzas in pyjamas, as one does, and catching up with friends and then more friends who came round later. Very relaxed, a good end to the weekend. And the added bonus was eating some frozen scotch broth, number one son still having none of that though, so no cooking this evening.

The mild weather continues, children wandering around in t-shirts. Long may it continue.
