Quick & creamy nut dip for supper

A breeze to make with a blender.

All I had to do before going out today was to soak the nuts. When I got back in, I rinsed them, squeezed a lemon, spooned in some yeast extract, did a quick blitz in the Vatamix and that was that. Just add crackers and crudities.
