Today's salad bowl: sweet and sour roots

Celeriac, sweet potato and beetroot. The capers and cranberrries (standing in for sour cherries) will balance the lemon, honey and mustard dressing.

I might add a drizzle of some fabulous cold-pressed pumpkin oil before I eat this.
