Cashew cream & 3 berry dessert

Used up leftover cranberry 'jam' today by mixing it into some cashew cream. Nice as a mousse by itself, especially since the cranberries were still a bit chunky. The fresh raspberries and blueberries were sitting on my counter-top just waiting to be eaten so I threw them in the indulgent mix, too.
