Dog Tired!

Oh my....a busy running around day today! And, by the way, how can it possibly be November already?

We took Daughter to college this morning, then were off to Mother-in-Law's house to drive her to a doctor appointment. Since we were going to be gone all day, we took little Murphy along with us.

We spent a good deal of time waiting in the car today and then some time at Mother-in-Law's house. She always loved our Angus and really never got to know Murphy very well. Angus was always very friendly and outgoing...very much an extrovert. Murphy, on the other hand, is quite the opposite.

As everyone was busy in the garage, I sat down in the car next to Murphy. The tailgate was open, so he could watch what everyone was doing outside. It was rather comical how he watched every little movement!

As we were getting ready to leave, my Mother-in-Law confided, "He reminds me so much of Angus!" I took that as a great compliment for our little Murphy!

We got home well after dark and by the time we were all settled in, Murphy was sound asleep on a pillow on the couch....dog tired!
