Omelette Anyone?

Today was the usual Wednesday of insanity...trying to figure out how to get everyone where they need to be. Liam in violin, Landon in Jamz Session, Loren at Youth Group and Liam at soccer and of course after running Grandma to where she needs to be and homework, etc. Thank you to Linda for dropping Liam off at soccer...it was a huge help. Wednesdays definitely wreak havoc on our gas tanks and our sanity. Anyways, a couple weeks ago I made omelettes for Loren, Liam, Landon & Cody during Fall break and at that time I taught Loren how to make them. Since then, he's made them a few times. Tonight was no exception...dinner was yummy at church but a bit of a small serving for everyone. So after Liam and Landon were in bed and Loren arrived home from youth group, Loren asked if he could make himself a "second" dinner of sorts. My boy is growing by leaps and bounds (6 inches this year), so I obliged. He made himself one and even made me one, seen here in my blip. I must admit I'm quite impressed, I think it's better than the one I initially made him. We had acquired about a 10 lb. bag of shredded cheese after a youth group retreat, so I suspect we will be having omelettes for a while! Way to go Chef Loren!
