Countryside Farms 2011

Landon and I had a great time on his field trip to the pumpkin patch today. This pic here is of him in the corn pool. The different stations were: planting a snow pea, going into the orchard and learning about growing walnuts, a hayride, free play in the lookout tower that included tractors to sit on and a hay maze and a station learning about the parts of a pumpkin (learning about the bottom of one is nicknamed a 'belly button' got many giggles). Landon picked out a pumpkin and then we enjoyed a picnic lunch. I think one of his favorite memories from today was just petting the animals, specifically the bunnies. He is such a kind-hearted boy and has a love for animals. :) This pumpkin patch holds so many great memories for us because all 3 boys went there for their preschool field trips.

I had worked so hard on a collage of our day and finished it for my blip....but then it wouldn't load to blip. :(
