'Cause it isn't a game, it isn't a test...

Long day today, was in work early for an all day training course. It was really good and very interesting. It was primarily about floor walking but focused a lot on identifying different types of people.

I had to do some tests to identify what type of person I was. I came out as someone who 'cares and strives for harmony' not ideal for library management apparently! In a perfect world I would be more of a mix of types.

The 'carers' have some nice qualities but can be perceived by others as being 'docile, invisible, a soft touch and weak'

BUT! The carers are the only group of people who had a big warning on their page. Which made me smile, I do dig in my heels if I'm pushed.

Came out of the training half thinking "well, that was pretty spot on" then plugged in my headphones and Geek Love came on and I listened to the words and thought "Oh, forget all that..Nerina's spot on"
