Mehrangarh Fort ,Jodphur

This view of "The Blue City" from the Fort just pipped one of of a be-turbanned gentleman sitting in a corner of the fort and smoking a hookah, a pose which was obviously struck with the tourists and their money in mind. Apparently there is some belief that painting the houses blue deters mosquitoes.
