Cop-out

Today was yet another busy day. We travelled 11 miles to visit Isabelle's second option for her secondary school. It is one of the better performing schools in the county and deserved consideration. But I suspect that wherever Isabelle goes, she will do well and the school will do their best to get the most from her.

After looking around, Isabelle (and Libby) decided that the best choice for them was yesterday's school. Although I suspect Libby's decision was made on the fact that the first school had trampolines on show and the swimming pool at the second school isn't as large as she was hoping for.

As we left the house at 7:50am and didn't return until 8:30pm, a Chinese takeaway was all we could muster up for tea. A bit of a cop-out (pardon the pun) really but very nice!
