Happy Birthday to me!

Actually had a pretty rubbish day at work, but then Jem went to the shop on her way home from a conference and bought me a balloon, a cake and some candles. And a nice beer. And pizza. That made me smile :)

Been busy, sorry only just catching up with folk! Incidentally, the lecture on Tueday went well, though I think I was rather scattier than usual! Didn't entirely feel in control the whole way through! Had been rushing about a bit too much. Managed a run in the morning - 10k again, in under 55mins. Okay, but won't get out again for a few days.
