A long soak..

In a hot bath, with Olbas bath gel, lovely. We came home from golf and Roy felt tired and shivery, so he went and slept for 2 hours, when he woke up he ached, so a hot bath with Olbas gel, same smell as the oil, it seemed to do the trick. Off out to the Happy Garden.
