The light of learning...

...versus the night of knowledge.

I have been working through the books on these shelves all day, combing out extra ideas for the workshop I'm running on Saturday ... and then I step outside into the night, where under the immense dark sky, with the sounds of a summer evening around me, I wonder if I spend too much time with abstractions, while the living world waits...
