The boys return

One of my favourite times of the day is wandering down the hill at about 9 pm to pick up my supper from Nandos. Out in the clear night air, with the lights flung like stars around the lagoon below, one feels like a king.

My cat Mishka also enjoys coming with me for an evening stroll. He accompanies me nearly all the way to the Main Road, and then waits in the shadows for me to return.

To round out the entourage, we are now frequently joined by my neighbour's cat as well! Other people walk their dogs at night, I walk with cats!

Here are the two of them on our return waiting with my supper, while I unlock the gate to our complex.
