Spilling It's Seed

A good day at the office. Might, or might not have some tenuous link to the fact it was a Friday :)

A good bacon roll session where we discussed; Armed force redundancies, conspiracy theories, Bob being a granpa, the nature and habit of the African grey parrot, highland dancing, big brother, the Lockerbie bomber, viral marketing, the Dundee flower and food festival, the big society and the price of fish. All in great detail.

After that we had a meeting of the sub committee of the sub committee and sorted out an open day for October and also mooted the idea of a Market day for clients. Might prove to be a good thing

Michelle and Nicki treated themselves to a cupcake from cafe cressy which they declared to be delish but not as good as the ones from my wedding on two counts a) the sponge was not as light b) there was too much buttercream (thanks JB and TCM - people are still talking about them!!!) Mich felt sick all afternoon

When I got home me and Mr Lif collected some Poppy seeds before the rain and winds this weekend get to them
