Hover-Craft
Our local council have re landscaped an area at the back of the town car park. It had become a rendevous for drinking parties and the occasional things involving syringes. The steps down to the riverbank have been removed and the picnic tables and seats have also vanished. The ne'er-do-goods have moved on to pastures new.
The final clever touch was to sow the area as a meadow which has now produced field marigolds, wild cornflower and poppies. Luck was on my side this morning when the hover flies decided to be blipped with the poppies.
