Autumn?

Well it's the last weekend in August and hopefully life and work will calm down a little bit here in St Ives.
The weather has been beautiful today - it often is nicer in September than it is in August in Cornwall. The nights have definitely got that slight autumn chill in the air now and it's the last week of the school holidays and nearly time for eldest to go off to Cardiff.

I have spent most of the day in front of my computer doing invoices as I am hoping to try and have a day off tomorrow ( famous last words ) and to cheer myself up I have now hung up my new autumn hanging basket.

The town is jam packed with tourists, most of which are very noisy, but a week from now we can all relax a little............
