Cadenza In concert

Just back from attending the concert in Greyfriars church, where Cadenza were singing Vivaldi's Credo followed by Handel's Dixit Dominus, a very difficult piece which is rarely performed but choir and soloists , soprano Wilma MacDougall, alto Colette Ruddy, tenor Andrew Nunn and bass Jon Stainsby rose to the occasion.
Vivald's Gloria followed the interval, with soprano and alto soloists clearly enjoying the role. Of the excellent orchestra, Morven Bell on Oboe and Simon Reeves on Trumpet were especially nice.

Mr Flum is there among the tenors but half hidden by taller men.
