What is the weather doing?

The sky tonight is beautiful, and tonight we have a red sky; I'm pretty certain that tomorrow will be lovely.

When I went to work this morning, I'm pretty sure it was a nice day - I wasn't feeling so well, and wasn't taking much notice. Most of my morning was spent moving slowly between the bathroom and my desk. By Lunchtime I knew I had to go home.

As I lay in bed, I realised I was hearing the low roll of thunder, repeatedly, but could sense no lightning.

Day has come and gone and I'm out of bed now -to let it cool down before I head back. I'm upright now, and feeling loads better, but still not 100%.

I forgot to mention that Tooli was home.... "Competent Crew" now. I offered her to my next door neighbour who sails, but he looked a bit scared. And now it's Friday and she is out again at the Parties!

Boy is battling down the hatches. He is in North Carolina, and 50 miles inland of where the Hurricane is to strike land. He asked for more money "just in case", but to be honest, I think the more money is for beer for the "Hurricane Party".

Si has started back at Scouts, and so I'm alone on the couch, but that is okay. I'm tired and sore, and probably really crap company. BUt Richard Gere and Julia Roberts can make me smile for a while.
