Fungi and friends

I have absolutely no idea what these are. I've searched through my Pocket Nature book of Fungi twice and still can't find them so if anyone knows what they are please tell me. While you can see some mushrooms and toadstools all year most of them come out in late summer and autumn and so fungi season is now upon us! I always love learning new things and fungi identification is rather new to me but I'm willing to give it a go. I've been birdwatching since a child so I know most birds and over the last few years I've really been getting into butterflies, moths and dragonflies & damselflies, too. Maybe you guys shouldn't tell me what it is and I should look for myself ... I'll get back to you if I find out what they are ;)
