Hummingbird Moth, take 2!

Today was quite the busy day at our house. We are off for a while on a little vacation, so we were very busy loading our little house on wheels....aka, the camper!

As I was helping load our necessities, (things like cameras, a netbook, lenses for said cameras, SD cards) I saw an awesome black butterfly flying around near the truck. Of course, as soon as I went into the house to grab the camera, it was gone. Drat! I could not even identify it....

The late morning progressed into afternoon and I knew if I was going to capture a Blip, it had better produce itself soon!

I looked down at the butterfly bush, hoping against hope that the butterfly I had seen previously might just show up again. Not so. But, I saw movement and honed in on a small Hummingbird Moth. That little bugger moved so fast, I could barely track it! Out of nearly 50 shots, only two or three were halfway decent!

Hopefully, tomorrow will be a better Blip day!
