The undeniable draw of sun, sand and water

Normalement, we would be an hour from our initial destination when we get off the ferry, such is the close proximity of Madame's family. An additional couple of hours made a difference. In any case we hit the beach slightly later than planned, but the water was lovely and I swam, no sign of any fish, yet.

La Bretagne is a place that feels like home already, which makes it nice to slip back into the routine of life here.

The house where we are spending the first week is a beautiful old renovated house, I shall defintitely detail it at some point through what will probably be a week of sporadic blips.
