CHEESE!!!

We enjoyed a more leisurely start to the day today - very much enjoyed it, in fact. We had a lovely slow breakfast, at home, with lots of snuggles. After breakfast we went for the boys and came here for a rather manic play! We all went to the last gymnastics of the year, which was a party. Katie and Ava graduate from the toddler class now, and up to the preschool class in September. Its crazy that 10months ago they were starting out in the baby class, and now they've left the toddlers (the next class is 2+ and they'll not be far off 2 when they go back so they're being moved up).

The party was great. They had the huge bouncy castle, but Katie is really rather terrified of them (which throws the plans I had considered for her 2nd birthday party!) Thankfully they had a great big soft play area set up and loads of beach balls, tunnels and balloons. There was lots of cupcakes and cakes for us to try - in September it's moving into a new building with cafe, big softplay and nursery. These were testers of things they're hoping to sell. Katie wasnt too keen on not getting to open the present in pass the parcel, but LOVED the hokey cokey, and has been singing it all afternoon.

We had lunch with a friend before we went for a bit of a drive to collect a new rug I've bought (it's lovely!) All 3 children slept for the whole journey! We came home and they played really well together.

Granny and Grandad arrived late afternoon, in time for a bit of a play with the boys as well, before I took them home. The 4 of us have had a nice tea together, and I have had lots of snuggles from Katie. A very cuddly little miss this evening!
