Winter Berries

Not for the eating, purely for some colour in the winter garden.

There is a five minute slot on a sunny day when a pocket of sun hits these berries and they radiate, glow and 'come alive'. With camera in hand I was waiting today for the five minute slot to arrive, it was freezing outside and the sky had many clouds but I was hopeful and I was rewarded, not the best shot as I was too excited!!

Lots of sanding happening inside today, dust filling the air - so fine and white. Our bedrooms have had their final coat today, so the curtains can go back up tomorrow, yay!! And no more sanding for now, my eyes can have a rest :)
