A dog's life

This is my mum and dad's new dog Chester Copperpot (Chester for short). He's a Newfoundland and is only about 10-12 weeks old! Yes, he's only a young pup but looks like he's alot older. He's friendly and loveable, a real teddy bear.

Me and A (my ex girlfriend) talked about our situation and whilst it'll be difficult, we will work at being friends. We both have fun together and can be great friends, it'll be difficult, but it will help heal our relationship and we'll either become best friends or get back together. Either way, I'm happy to still have her in my life. The past year has been amazing with her and I can't imagine a future without her in it, no matter what capacity that is.

I'll admit, that I had a good, long, hard cry yesterday. The thought of not having her in my life scares me. Today though, I'm feeling a little better. Knowing that she'll be a part of my life helps, though there's still that hole that can't be filled, it'll be easier. I'll always love her, and will always be there for her, if she needs a shoulder to cry on, a ear to moan at or even just someone to sit and keep her company. I'm a phone call away.
