Tea Sparrow
I've struggled to find a blip for today. I've not been well, have spent a lot of it asleep and the weather has been distinctly autumnal.
Tea time arrived and I was stood in the kitchen trying to work out what to eat when I spotted one of the young sparrows who are regulars in the garden on the feeders.
So I grabbed the camera and decided to try some shots through the window as I didn't want to frighten it away and it was blowing hard.
It is quite funny watching this sparrow in particular stretching on tiptoes to eat from the feeder. His more adventurous siblings quite happily cling onto the feeder.
Very few birds in the garden today. All hiding away from the very unseasonal weather I suppose.
