Evening Shore
There is always the danger of taking beautiful things for granted on this island. , of getting a bit blase.
But does everyone have the privilege of taking a short evening stroll on a beach and see not only swans, geese, gulls, ducks and oyster catchers, but also a cormorant standing on a rock, drying its wings in the mild gentle air and, naturally, a heron, visible at this point on the beach most evenings just chillin'
I am very fortunate.
