Once more with feeling

I know I've blipped Handel before, but it just begs to be photographed at all its stages of budding, blooming and declining.

Great morning ... wee game of tennis; coffee and scone at Coast; frenetic battle with overgrown shrubs, bushes and brambles , all of them sopping wet, me standing on top of a compost heap to reach them! ... the loppers and secateurs won the first set but the bushes are bound to make a comeback ....; warm shower and change; lovely lunch; quick blip .... and I'm off to sit in the garden with my book & coffee.
