I've got my eye on you!
Bit of a quick blip today but this young Starling was very cooperative and sat on top of the garage wall and watched me. No doubt wondering what the heck that large black thing with the round circle was I was aiming at it. No wonder birds move the second you raise your camera to take a photo, they must think it's some sort of gun and through generations and generations that fear has passed down from bird to bird. Man = danger. You have nothing to fear from me my wise feathered friends. I may do some shooting but of the photography sort instead ;)
Also managed to get a photo of this Small Magpie which landed on our gate yesterday.
P.S. I'm very sorry for my absence for what has been nearly two weeks! The Monday I last posted a blip my laptop had a virus and I had to send it away to be sorted. I then got it back that Friday but on the Saturday morning the virus that I thought had been sorted (and spent £35 for it to be sorted) came back again so I had to send it away (this time he looked at it for free) so I've just got it back again this morning. Hopefully that's it all sorted and we'll have no more problems! I couldn't stand being away from my laptop for that long again!
