Say it with flowers.

My friend K. brought me this gorgeous bouquet when she arrived on Friday. We had a lovely time and a couple of later than usual nights talking, eating and drinking. She is a huge animal lover and brought gifts for Bracken (treats) and Diesel (cat nip mouse) which were greatly appreciated by B & D. It is always a pleasure to have visitors who haven't been before. We did a couple of nice local walks, ate at the Dog & Gun Friday evening and visited Thirsk market Saturday morning. She left at lunch time yesterday and I had to shoot up to the theatre for the whole afternoon. I have to admit to being really tired when I arrived home at 5.30pm so had to make a big effort to 'blip'!
Bounced back this morning though and I thought the flowers K. brought were so lovely they deserved to be highlighted in my journal.
