Supper
One baked St. Feliciens (in foil), slice of Valencay goat's cheese, jar of Rilletes, toasted Stottie and crusty bread with a few condiments. Very tasty indeedilletes have been an amazing discovery soft shredded pork in duck or goose fat, spread on toasted Stottie it is heavenly.
Had a massive walk around town today starting at Unknown Pleasures for some vinyl, I.J. Mellis for the cheese, Royal Mile Whiskies for a bottle of Pikesville Rye (read an article about manhattans and I thought it was time I sought out some proper rye rather than just using bourbon) and the Brewdog Bar for a pint. For a Saturday following payday I was extremely reserved though and I probably should have been able to spend more but my head was still largely vacant from last nights poker.
Watched Geordie Shore as there has been so much mention of it here and there I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Where do they find these people!
