Eammon (international man of mystery) who used to be a croupier many years ago doing a sterling job of dealing at eh poker this evening. I limped into 5th place after a disappointing show, far too manyu long shots bet on and large portions of my chips went because I just had to see that the other person had me beat, despite really knowing so.

New wide angle screw on lens attachment arrived today, it's OK especially for £15. It stops the auto-focus working but I hardly ever use the auto-focus anyway so it's no great loss. There is a little bit of vignetting at the top corners but all in all it makes for a decent enough emergency few degrees reduction of focal length.
