Puma

Our guides in Peru were very knowledgeable (and easy on the eye I must say ;-) and they talked to us a lot about the importance of the serpent, puma and condor to the Incas.

I'd really hoped we'd see a condor on the trail but unfortunately we didn't (nor to be fair did we see serpents or pumas) despite a couple of hopeful shouts of 'is that one?!' from some of the group.

However, I did bring back a small, hand-carved, stone puma. I'd best not let Elvis (who has now reappeared) see it as he thinks he's a puma :-)

Oh and my luggage arrived! Yay Heathrow :-)
