A Soggy Jay

I know they are bullies. I know they are intimidating. I know they are pigs (2-3 peanuts at a time), But, but, but, (that's 3 buts), LOOK AT THAT BLUE !!!

They are all of the above, but they are BLUETIFUL. (A new word !) The only thing that keeps them off the feeder are my squirrels. When Barney the squirrel is holding court at the feeder, the jays stay in the trees.

Barney and the jays were hogging the feeder this morning. I shouldnt have, but I put out seconds, and then thirds, of peanuts.

That's the lengths you go to............. to get a cold rainy blip.
