Window Box

Really love the bright colour of these flowers - not sure what they are but they open up in the sunshine - we haven't had much of that today, it's been a bit cloudy but just enough to get this one to open.

Thought I might be able to get a bird photo to blip today - lots of birds around this morning, couple of wood pigeons, blackbirds, sparrows, blue tits & our robin. But my little camera needs to be a bit closer to get a chance of a decent shot - through the kitchen window just doesn't work. Great to watch them though.

Nice day today, worked from home so a lie-in instead of getting up early to commute! And even better at the other end of the day, had time to go into Stratford on Avon for a coffee to start the weekend off nicely.
