Stout-glazed leg of lamb from Gary Rhodes' 365/One year. One book. One simple recipe for everyday.
This was made with shoulder of lamb rather than leg and J. W Lees' Brewer's Dark Beer rather than stout. But the results were just as scrummy (maybe even better!)
