Saturday: Denmark Street

An all round lovely day, both in terms of weather and getting out about for treats and snacks!

After meeting our godson, Oz, together with his parents, Phiz and Lil, for breakfast, we went into town.  My partner, K., has a birthday coming up and is getting a guitar.  K. has strummed away for a while on a cheap little charity shop number but the dedication and determination to improve is such that we felt it was time to buy a grown-up guitar.  So off to Denmark Street we went - Denmark Street being  the place to buy guitars in London.  Anyway, we have come home with a beautiful little specimen which is being twanged played in the kitchen as I type.

Purchase of guitar was followed by a few drinks and an all-you-can-eat Chinese Buffet.  Told you it was a good day!
