Reverse Grab

One of my favourite moves,
because it is simple to do,
fling your legs,
wave your arms blindly behind you,
try and grab pole,
all before the momentum stops,
and you land disgracefully on the floor!

On seeing this pic now,
I realise just how much I need to tone up,
**chucks away the chocolate in hand**
I know its not going to be easy,
but I want my get up and go
then got up and buggered off a while ago,
to come running back with open arms!!!
