Bathtime Fun

Today was the last day of our church's "March Madness" camp for kids. They all came home with cute crafts that talked about their God-given talents. On Loren's it said "Loren's God Given Talents are...running, soccer and Halo:Reach". On Liam's it said "Liam's God Given Talents are...reading, soccer and running". I'm in search of Landon's completed project at the moment. They had a nice time and I was purposefully unproductive during their camp today. I'm just burned out.

When I picked the 4 boys up...I dropped Loren off at Chris' house for a sleepover and then took the rest of the boys (Ryen, Liam and Landon) for a snack at Del Taco and grabbed a quick lunch with Linda. Then I ran home to work on Liam's BD thank-you-notes with him. I held his Game Stop gift card hostage until he completed the thank you's and his spring break homework assignments. While he was doing that, I worked on homework with Landon. He's very tired after these late nights, so he became impatient with his reading tonight. It's amazing how productive Liam could be when he knew a new video game was awaiting him. He got ALL of it done and so dad got home and took him to spend his gift card. He got a Club Penguin Game for his DS and Halo 3.

This was night 2 of distributing all of the Little Leagues team uniforms...so I stayed home and passed those out while Gary went to Liam's team meeting with him. I'm relieved that my house is slowly eliminating boxes now that the teams' coaches have all picked up their uniforms. Now we have room to walk around. Opening Day, however, was cancelled for tomorrow due to these awful storms. 70 mph winds and rain! If only Spring Break hadn't had such awful weather!

Gary headed out to the Youth Group Lock-In tonight which consists first of Broom Ball and then games all night. While he was leaving, Landon was in the bath having fun. I took a bunch so I turned them into this collage. My Landon is sure full of personality in these bath pictures! I'm hoping to get caught up on all of my blip journals tonight.
