Batton down the hatches

Well it was always going to be a difficult week and so it was, extremely busy firefighting, juggling multiple things of little interest or consequence. Tomorrow will be a long day also, I actually need to go and sleep, right now.

A good day, but frantic, what other words spring to mind, frustrating, surprising, ear-syringingly crystal clear, motivating, heartening, worrying, tiring, satisfying, annoying etc. And what were the things to inspire such feelings, in no particular order amongst others, ear syringing (that one was kind of obvious), making meals, doing a weekly shop, speaking to people about where 'we' are going (I've gotta remain cryptic), parent's consultation, oh you get the drift.
