the bane of my life....
Alfie had discovered his choo choo trains....
I now cannot move around my front room without injury bacause of the vast loop of wooden track laid out (by me!!) that Alfie won't let me put away. Hours and hours and hours and hours ad infinitum of Mama sit by Alfie on the floor and play choo choo trains. Only SO many hours a grown woman with the attention span on a gold fish can play with wooden trains, hence the overly complicated massive (double) loop that the motorised train will go all the way round on :-).
Woke up with a banging head after yesterday and a very woolly feeling, Alfie looked shattered all day too but would not nap no matter how hard I tried!
He also has started the cutest thing since baby Maya was born. He has adopted a large cuddly Piglet I have had for years. He goes in the toy buggy to be got to sleep (slamming into wall as he dashes up and down the landing. Then today he had him on his shoulder to buro him and then to sleep and also was changing his pants/nappy! All of this was totally unpromted,he found Piglet himself in a big pile of toys in his room.
Trying not to have a total wobble about Monday and enjoy my brithday weekend but struggling.
On positive note my lens is all fixed! YAY!!! On its way home to me as we speak.
