Before

the after is not so pretty, my poor love had his swine flu jab today and it wasn't pretty!

He knocked the needle out of his leg the first time so had to be jabbed again, so then of course knew what was coming. He did however get 3 giant choccy buttons rather than the one intended, the nurses felt that guilty!

Heres hoping he is ok with it, calpoled and arnicaed and in bed now.
