Been a Blipper since august 2010. It’s my on-line Diary.  I have not a care if anyone reads it or not as it’s for me and for looking back lol!

I retired Jan 2020 ( that started well - dam Covid), and now doing more regular blipping.  I live in Perth, Scotland, and have done for many years.  We are lucky where we live as you can drive a short distance and be in spectacular scenery, lochs, hills, mountains and mighty rivers are a short distance from the house.

It's mostly with my iPhone but have the thought of using the proper camera again. 

I love to be outdoors, Walking and coffee drinking. I don’t drink alcohol after many years of being a binge drinker, up until the late 90s. I don’t miss it one single bit. I don’t get the obsession with wine o’clock :).

My two main loves are my grandsons, my life is all the richer having them in it. They are now 13 and 18 with the oldest at Edinburgh Uni. I also have a daughter, a husband, a brother and a mother, in no particular order.

I don't have many GOOD friends, I am not sure I am good friend material, if I was I would have more I suppose.

Update - January 2024. I don’t have a mother in my life any more as Mum died 17 days after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on 24 July 2023. I miss her dreadfully. Mum will also be a part of me even although she is not here in this world as a physical presence. She lives on in my heart, but the shock of her death still affects me 6 months later.
