First full day of holidays over and ready to go out for a meal. I have never owned a pair of white jeans before, but I got a bargain last week in Gap - these ones for a tenner!

The last time I walked about in lovely sunshine as warm as it has been today, (26 degrees) was 2007 in Vancouver, althought it was warmer then; it was September and it was 31 degrees.

I love when you first walk out of the airport and the heat and smell of abroad hit you, the chattering of a foreign language, and the anticipation of exploring new places to come........
