I have run my own research and consultancy business for over 25 years. I specialise in education, training, organisational change and decision analysis.

I  teach on post grad programmes and supervise dissertation at Stirling University where I am an Honorary Professor.

I have undertaken around 25 international assignment over last 30 years, mostly in developing world societies and via United Nations agencies.

I am a novice photographer, so don't judge my work too harshly.
