I'm a Biology Professor at a University in Nova Scotia. Photography is part of my profession (I'm a plant Biologist that collects intact plants, as well as looks at plant parts with various types of microscopy), but I like to hone my abilities shooting non-plant things.

A few years back I started a "cottage" industry photographing antique and custom cars (HiDefRods Photography). My childhood was spent watching my father refurbish old cars, build hotrods, and try and keep the family cars on the road.

My love of cars, love of photography, and quest to get better at the latter, I hope are all served by blipfoto.
