Well I guess I should say something here now I've completed a whole year on blip. I've lived in Edinburgh for 5 years where I came for work and I love the city and the opportunities to get out and about in Scotland. Despite being born here (in Ayr) I'd been away for far too many years. My 3 children are now grown, partnered and away - one in California, one in Bournemouth and the youngest in Milton Keynes where I used to work and still visit fairly regularly.
Enjoying making myself find something of interest everyday to blip, even on the most mundane of days, and the friendly comments, advice and sense of community here. Looking over my year's worth of entries, I seem to be a sucker for blue skies, food, friends, travel, music, theatre and family....pretty much sums me up!
