I have been blipping for 3 years and things have changed a huge amount since I started. Life got a LOT better, I fell head over heels for a beautiful girl, and blip has seen our story unfold. We bought an old house that needs loads of work. We spend our time getting covered in dog hair, walking two enormous hounds and doing a little bit around the house when we feel like it. Life doesn't get much better.
I'll sometimes randomly add pics to another place, have a look sometime.
THE ORIGIN OF MY NAME
I was a member of a national motorcycle club, and the club events tended to be in England. The Scots members met up and rode to events together. When we arrived, it would be to calls of here come the Porridge Wogs. The other Scots members disappeared over time and I was the last one, and the name stuck. I was known as Porridge Wog for 20 years, many people knew me as nothing else, until one person complained about my use of the name on blip. The name was originally used by English squaddies as a term of endearment for the Scots they shared trenches with in WW1.
Please do not be upset by my name, there is no sinister undertone to it.
If you want to email me, you can do so at porridge.wog32 at gmail.com, once you have written it in the correct format.
