Well after lots of contemplating I have joined to be a blip per! For the past two years I have been fascinated, intrigued and maybe just a little nosy at my friends blips and as it is a big birthday year for both my husband and I , I thought what a wonderful way to capture our year in pictures.
I fear my life is a little boring and I do not live in some picture postcard area... But as my dear friend said the diary is of your life and it opens your eyes to your surroundings and the world we live in.
Briefly a little about myself..... I am married with 4 grown up children, 3 still live at home....which I love!!!...and you will get to meet them over the year as I am incredibly proud of all of them. I also have a rather old black Labrador and a cat.
I am also not very good at seeing things through so I am hoping over the coming year with support from family, friends and fellow blippers you will all encourage me to complete my year diary.

As I’m about to celebrate 6 years worth of blipping, I thought it was time for an update.
In those 6 years I have moved schools as a teaching assistant, and am currently very happy where I am. The 3 children that were still at home have all spread their wings and bought their own houses in Surrey and Hampshire. I loved having them at home and missed them terribly. Luckily for me, Lucy moved back home with 2 rabbits in tow. We still have Tinks the cat and about 6 months after we lost our dog Millie, we gained the delightful if crazy Ruby.
Although I still use my phone for nearly all my photos, I do hope they have improved ever so slightly since I began blipping.
And as for blip..... it’s just a wonderful, positive and caring community that I’m honoured to be part of.
