As the screen name suggests, I'm a Vicar.   I've been encouraged by others to keep taking pictures, which I've been doing on and off (more off, if I'm honest) for over 40 years.
I've enjoyed others' blips, so thought maybe this would give me the incentive to take even more pictures.
I'm pretty useless with mobile phones, but have just got one with a decent camera which I am going to do my best to always have with me - for calls and pictures!
October 2014 update
Nearly two years on from my 1st blip I thought an update might be in order!  A degree of anonymity to start with was quite deliberate, but that was blown by a combination of photographing the church I serve as Vicar and a fellow Blipper who commented "Oh, Adrian, I didn't realise it was you!" So the cat is out of the bag.
I still don't manage to get out with a camera often enough, and am very poor at commenting on all the other amazing photos I see on Blip.  But what a great community; I shall continue to enjoy what I can, when I can.  Oh, and the new phone I started out with 2 years ago lasted 6 days before I sent it back, but have since acquired an iPhone which is one of several devices I have used over the last 2 years to try to "save my life".
